You are going to love these cauliflower steaks. They are a great way to enjoy your vegetables, with each one packing tons of flavor and a nice golden brown crust. These cauliflower steaks have just the right seasonings to make them taste exciting and delicious. This recipe is really simple, too. Only a handful of ingredients are needed to make it.
This is also a very healthy alternative to other cooking methods like stir fry, which uses a lot of oil, or boiling, which leeches out essential nutrients from the cauliflower. Cauliflower. You’ll need two medium heads to make 4 steaks.
Olive Oil. You could also substitute this with other healthy oils, such as grapeseed or avocado oil.

Onion Powder. This is used to give the cauliflower extra flavor. It could be omitted if you don’t like the flavor.
