6 Step Personal Growth Plan To Help You Get On Track

Hi, guys, this is Shelly with Team King 24/7.com coming to you with an episode talking about an easy 6 step personal growth plan.

Let me ask you something how many of you all know that regardless of what business you are in, whether you are starting your own business from the ground up, or you're in direct sales, affiliate marketing, internet marketing, or whatever the case may be if you are an entrepreneur or business owner. How many of you all know that over 50 percent of your success involves your personal development?

I'm sure the number is higher than that, but as your business grows so should you. So every day we should be striving to educate, enlighten and heighten our mindset. So that we can handle the success that our business will afford us.

So I wanted to share with you all a six-step formula that I learned reading the book Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I will put in the description the exact name of the book below. As well as the author name in the description box below.

But I wanted to share with you all this because it's helping me and I know it will definitely help you.

So in the book, he acronyms the six-step formula by calling it lifesavers. Now you're probably saying well that's more than six characters. True it is, however, he knows the importance of his six-step formula is a life saver so he just added the word life in front of the actual acronym.

Step 1

So the first acronym, or rather the first letter of the acronym is an S. Which stands for silence. Each morning we should be striving to get silent for a moment. Whatever you're doing, however, you start your day take a moment to get silent. To quiet your mind. To eliminate any distractions so that you can get focused. Laser focused.

Step 2

Secondly, you want to do some form of affirmation. Whether that is singing to affirmation audio, or if you have written down some affirmation things about yourself that you want to see accomplished and saying those things out loud. So that your mind can interpret what your mouth is saying. Whatever it is you want to be sure that you are doing something regarding affirmation.

Step 3

Then next you want to do visualization. It could be you visualizing yourself either doing a presentation. Meeting with a potential customer. Making a big deal. Closing out your month at a specific dollar amount. Whatever it is you are visualizing yourself achieving that goal.

Step 4

Next is exercise. Everybody should incorporate some form of exercise. Even if it's just taking a walk in your neighborhood. Or in the park. Do some form of exercise. So that you can release those endorphins and be in a good place throughout the day.

Step 5

Next, is reading. Reading is fundamental. I know you all have heard that, and no I'm not trying to be funny or facetious. It is fundamental because not only will it enlighten you but it will also educate you. And you want to be sure that you're keeping your mind sharp, and set for those things that are coming down the pike. You have to know what it is that your business is going to do. The only way you can do that is by reading.

Step 6

Then the last is scribing. Which in other words can be writing. You want to start journaling your process. Whether it's your ups and your downs, your good days or your bad. Things that you foresee yourself doing. Or even a to-do list. You want to start scribing or writing those things that you want to accomplish.

So the acronym for those letters basically spells savers. Which is why he came up with the acronym lifesavers.
